Our laboratory focuses on in vitro studies to elucidate cancer biology, molecular mechanisms, and potential therapeutic approaches using cell lines from diverse cancer types. Our research aims to investigate proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, drug resistance, and cellular signaling pathways at the molecular level in cancer cells.
In this context, gene and protein expression profiles are evaluated in detail using advanced molecular and cellular analysis techniques such as Real-Time PCR, Western blot, and flow cytometry. Furthermore, cell viability, cytotoxicity, and cell cycle analyses are conducted to investigate the effects of various biological and chemical agents on cancer cells.
In addition to fundamental science studies aimed at understanding the molecular basis of cancer, our laboratory also prioritizes translational research to develop innovative, targeted therapeutic strategies. Thanks to our multidisciplinary approach, we aim for the data obtained to shed light on clinical research.
